Flos Snoopy Blue Table Lamp
Synthesis of expressivity, form and function, lamp Snoopy produced by Flos since 1967 it is a nice tribute to the character created by cartoonist Charles M. Schulz. Designed by brothers Castiglioni, is composed of a black painted metal reflector, a thick glass plate and a white marble base with an innovative dimmer for the time that regulates the intensity of light. A description so technical and neutral makes us lose its main ingredient: irony.

Zanotta Portavasi Tree
It is 1983 when Achille Castiglioni imagines a subtle, dynamic presence in its composition, flexible in its complex overall design, destined to welcome the flat plants in their respective pots, supported (as if they were premorous hands) by circular plates arranged rhythmically along the height of the structure, while horizontally every element is free to rotate of 120 degrees, so as to better organize the arrangement of plants of different dimensions, in this small domestic "vertical jar", towards an optimal encounter with. That's how it was born Tree, the iconic portavasi removable signed Zanotta.

The idea of this zanotta table - Man - part of the desire to revisit the design of an archetype of late nineteenth century belonging to the type of folding outdoor tables - a classic of the action of Achille Castiglioni, that often has collected with curiosity these objects, those to which the friend Munari would give the Compasso d’Oro to Ignoti - here designed in a material of his own time to facilitate the smoothness on the painted structure (without ruining it with the use), and the detail of a hole on the floor that adds to the already planned possibility of folding also that of the appender (to wall, through a special hook).
